Mike Klein is a Director in Columbia University's Office of Research Compliance and Training, where his work focuses on research misconduct, research security, and financial conflict of interest. He has presented at previous ARIO conferences on the recklessness standard, scope/subsequent use, and managing misconduct committees. Prior to joining Columbia in 2009, he worked as an attorney in private practice and with the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services.
