Zach currently serves as the Associate Director at the RISC Institute at The Texas A&M University System. In this role he prepares training curricula for national and international partners and supports the Critical Emerging Technology Protection Program at RISC. Zach previously served as the Deputy Chief Research Security Officer for the Texas A&M University System primarily focused on the protection of the national security resaerch efforts within the Texas A&M University system research enterprise. Zach retired from the FBI in 2021, last serving in the Bryan, Texas Resident Agency. During his FBI career Zach, also served in Dallas and Washington D.C.
