Michelle Staudt serves as Associate Vice President & Research Integrity Officer at the University of Oklahoma Health Campus. As the inaugural RIO, she established the Research Integrity Office, implemented mandatory campus-wide training, and built critical infrastructure to strengthen research misconduct oversight and prevention. Drawing on her background in basic and translational research, scientific consulting, and graduate education leadership, Dr. Staudt provides broad expertise to advance a culture of integrity in research. She is an active member of the ARIO community, participating in Western region calls, RIO 101, FSIG, and Ask a RIO, and currently serves on the ARIO Board of Directors.
