Kelly has served as the Assistant RIO at UCSF since 2017. As the campus subject matter expert on research misconduct and related issues, Kelly works closely with UCSF leadership and other stakeholders to administer UCSF’s Integrity of Research Procedures, ensuring compliance with UC policy and federal regulations. Kelly joined UCSF in 2013 in a dual role, supporting both research misconduct and faculty misconduct investigation committees. Kelly earned a B.A. in journalism from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and a J.D. from the University of San Francisco, School of Law.
