 A panel with a lobbyist who works in higher education and several external legal council who support higher education clients as they navigate the changing landscape of research integrity. Exploring the impact of lobbying and legislative efforts to support and modify standards and norms, as well as a shift towards prosecution and away from "correcting the record." Looking at the legal avenues and challenges as prosecution efforts, consider higher education as a more ripe and common target, with shifting priorities. A varied conversation about the impact of the lobbying, legislation and litigation in the research ethics and integrity space.
