As AI use continues to evolve the road is being paved as we are driving on it. This session will describe an actual case involving allegations of AI use that may have resulted in fabrication or falsification. The discussion will highlight the challenges and pitfalls experienced throughout the assessment, inquiry, and investigation. Key lessons learned will identify areas needing policy, structure, and additional resource.
