Kim is a Senior Research Integrity Analyst at Penn State, where she supports the University's Research Integrity Officer in managing misconduct proceedings by drafting accompanying reports and documents, and developing guidance for committee members, officials, and parties. Her efforts have also strengthened the program's data tracking and reporting, informing trend-based improvements such as redesigned templates, new standard operating procedures, and educational resources. She chairs the RIO 101 committee, helping build resources suitable for RIOs from day one to seasoned veterans, and helps facilitate ARIO's Mid-Atlantic regional group. Kim earned her J.D. from Penn State Law in 2010 and joined Penn State in 2015 after practicing family law with Delafield, McGee, Jones, & Kauffman, P.C., and clerking for the Centre County Court of Common Pleas.
