This session will explore Emory University's evolution from a reactive research misconduct framework to a proactive, enterprise-wide research integrity program. The presentation will highlight organizational structures, governance models, training and outreach initiatives, communication strategies, lessons learned, and sustainability approaches. A practical case study and adaptable resources will provide attendees with a roadmap for strengthening research integrity at their own institutions.
